Ageni (“Ageni”, “we”, “us”) provides AI-powered marketing products, including this website, a waitlist for early access, and a growing family of products for content generation, outreach, and business intelligence. For any privacy matter, contact privacy@ageni.io.

This policy describes how we handle personal data about:

• visitors of this website and people who join our waitlist;
• users of Ageni products; and
• people who have never interacted with Ageni but whose professional contact information we obtain from third-party data providers or from publicly available sources, as described below. If that is you, sections 3, 5 and 8 explain where your data comes from and how to have it removed.

Directly from you. When you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect the information you provide — such as your email address, website domain, and company details.

Automatically. When you use our website or products, we collect usage data such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and diagnostic data, using cookies and similar technologies.

From third-party data providers. Our products obtain business contact data (such as names, job titles, business email addresses, company information) from verified third-party providers of B2B contact data, under contracts that require those providers to collect the data lawfully.

From publicly available sources. Our products collect and extract information from publicly accessible websites and web pages, including business and professional information, using automated means.

• to provide, operate, and improve our products and this website;
• to manage the waitlist and send you updates you have requested;
• to build, validate, enrich, and maintain business contact and company datasets used by our products;
• to enable our customers to run sales and marketing outreach campaigns;
• to develop and improve our models and algorithms;
• to secure our services and comply with legal obligations.

We share personal data with service providers who process it on our behalf (such as hosting and email infrastructure), and with our customers as part of providing our products.

We may also share, license, or sell business contact data — including data collected from third-party providers and public sources, and data derived or enriched by our products — to customers and partners for sales, marketing, recruiting, and related business purposes. Where this constitutes a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under applicable law (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act), you have the right to opt out — see section 8.

We may also disclose personal data when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

Where laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on:

• your consent — for example when you join the waitlist or accept non-essential cookies;
• performance of a contract — to provide products you use;
• legitimate interests — ours and our customers’ — for collecting and processing professional contact data for business-to-business purposes, balanced against your rights and interests and limited to professional (not private) contexts;
• legal obligations we are subject to.

Emails sent through our outreach products identify the sender and include a working unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribe requests are honored promptly and suppressed across future campaigns. We require our customers to use these products in compliance with anti-spam laws applicable to their recipients (such as CAN-SPAM in the United States and CASL in Canada).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

These rights are available to you even if you have never used Ageni — including when your professional contact information reached us through a third-party provider or a public source. To exercise any right, or to have your information removed from our datasets, email privacy@ageni.io. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy: waitlist data until you unsubscribe or we launch and migrate your registration; product and usage data for the life of the relevant account plus a limited archival period; and business contact datasets for as long as they remain accurate and commercially relevant, subject to periodic review and to removal requests under section 8.

Our infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud Platform and data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk — including encryption in transit, access controls, and isolation of production systems — to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to report concerns to privacy@ageni.io.

Our products are business tools and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We will post any changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated more prominently where required.
